Events Team Lead: To head up events large and small.  We have lots of willing helpers and those to help with publicity – needs someone to pull it together!

Project Managers: To manage construction projects both large and small

Archive Coordinator: To develop our digital and physical archive

Historic Research Coordinator: Working with our Archive Coordinator to develop a small team engaged in uncovering and documenting more fascinating history of the Grantham Canal

Lock Restoration Advisor: To work with our construction managers in formulating a works plan for the restoration of each lock based on its own merits 

Ecology Advisor: Suit undergraduate or knowledgeable amateur? 

Site Surveyors: To survey and assist in preparing working drawings for each of our construction/restoration projects

Volunteer Coordinator: To work with team leaders assisting in arranging volunteers for specific tasks as required

Recycling Manager: Looking at ways in which to develop recycling silt, and possibly weed, extracted from the canal for commercial gain
